1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by B&V Security Systems ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website or submitting an enquiry or lead form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
2. Website purpose

3. Enquiries, quotes & lead forms
- When you submit a contact form, lead form, or similar enquiry (including via integrated forms such as Web3Forms), you request that we contact you about your request. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee that we will provide a quote, service, or response within any particular timeframe. We may decline or prioritise enquiries at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
- Any estimate or indicative pricing given before a formal written agreement is not binding unless we confirm it in writing.
4. Third-party services & links
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services (including website hosting by Vercel and form providers such as Web3Forms). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

You must not copy, scrape, redistribute, or exploit our content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
6. No professional advice
Information on this website is general in nature and is not professional, legal, financial, or other tailored advice. You should obtain your own advice before relying on website content for important decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of our website, including from interruptions, errors, or harmful content, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
